It’s car launch season and no matter how many or few changes there are to the cars, I always find this exciting. The pictures below give you an idea of what the grid is going to look like in 2015 and it’s going to be colourful. This post will be updated as new cars are revealed.

Here are the F1 2015 cars.

Red Bull

carrbHello camo testing livery. I really love this look, I think Red Bull should keep it and ensure that no one can copy the aero design, ever. I don’t even need to see what the final livery looks like, I already know this is a pretty car.

Toro Rosso

Lotus

Motor Racing - Formula One Testing - Day 2 - Jerez, SpainLotus may have missed day one of Jerez because they couldn’t get the engine started but here they are on day two with an interesting looking design. The nose drops down dramatically (similar to the McLaren) and doesn’t have the sleek lines of some of the other cars. It might not be as pretty but if it’s quick, who cares!

Williams

January 2015 The Williams FW37 Photo: Williams F1 ref: Digital Image FW37_1The Williams looks a lot like it did last year in terms of livery and that’s great news. I love the Martini colours.

McLaren

carmclarenI’m a little disappointed the McLaren isn’t orange like some fantasy liveries showed but I’m glad there’s a bit of colour. I have to say, the nose on this car is lovely. All in all, she’s a bit of a looker. I will be cheering from McLaren’s corner this year, if only for the amazing #MakeHistory Back to the Future spoof the team released ahead of their car launch.

Mercedes

Although not officially unveiled yet, here’s the new Mercedes. I have no strong feelings about this.

Ferrari

carferraroI do, however, have strong feelings about this. What an attractive Ferrari. (I’m never going to get used to Seb in Red…)

Sauber

Force India

carFIThis is another really good looking car. I like the black and orange together.

So far, a nice set of cars. I’m so glad that some of the liveries have changed, there were too many black/white/silver cars on the grid last year.
